Cancellation Policy:
At CleanWise NJ, we prioritize adaptability while ensuring an unwavering and dependable experience for both our clientele and cleaning experts. We acknowledge that schedules may alter unexpectedly, but rescheduling or nullifying a reservation with minimal notice impacts our professionals' workflow. Therefore, kindly take note of our policy for cancellations

Short Notice Cancellation Charge- Standard Cleaning:

No charge on adjustment or reschedule made at least 24 hours before the reservation.

50% cancellation fee will be imposed if cancel within 24 hours before the reservation.

Entire reservation fee will be invoiced within 2 hours of the commencement time.

Short Notice Cancellation Charge - All other services:

No charge on adjustment or reschedule made at least 48 hours before the reservation.

50% cancellation fee will be imposed if cancel within 48 hours before the reservation.

Entire reservation fee will be invoiced within 5 hours of the commencement time.

Missed Appointment Fee:

In the scenario where a professional arrives for a scheduled booking but encounters impediments, reservations are entirely confirmed and billed 2 hours before the scheduled time for standard cleaning and 5 hours before for all other services. Refunds are unavailable within this timeframe.
Emergency:

In case of emergencies preventing scheduled cleaning services, clients are encouraged to promptly inform us within 24 hours for standard cleaning and within 48 hours for all others services, allowing for flexibility in rescheduling or adjusting cleaning. CleanWise nj will assess emergency-related cancellations on a case-by-case basis and may waive fees, prioritizing our clients well-being. Clear communication with our customer service is essential to find suitable solutions during challenging circumstances.
Loyalty Program:

The cancellation policy is applicable to all reservations, including those under our loyalty programs.

For recurring services, rescheduling is permissible within 72 hours of the initially scheduled appointment.

Any changes beyond this timeframe will be treated as cancellations, resulting in a 50% fee imposition

Loyalty program participants are entitled to (1) courtesy adjustment or exemption from cancellation fees every 30 days from the last fulfilled booking.

Booking Hours:

Please note that a minimum booking duration of 3 hours applies to all our cleaning services. In the event that the actual cleaning time falls short of the stipulated 3-hour minimum, you will still be charged for the full 3-hour service duration, as it is our established minimum for service hours.

Conversely, if the cleaning service surpasses the minimum service hours, you will only be charged based on the actual time spent completing the cleaning, provided it exceeds our set service hours minimum.

It is important to note that the pricing is calculated based on our estimated time for completing the cleaning. This pricing structure may vary depending on the size of specific areas such as bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchens.

In the rare circumstance where our cleaning team anticipates the need for additional time to conclude a cleaning session, you will be notified via call or text one hour prior to the scheduled completion time. This transparency ensures that you are kept informed and can plan accordingly for any adjustments needed.
